The Board consists of the following:

Keith Dickerson, a Director of KCCE (Power4KcC), has chaired the KCCE Board since 2017. Keith is a long standing member (and previous Chairman) of Kelsale-cum-Carlton Parish Council. He is also a Director of Climate Associates Ltd, providing advice to companies on issues related to Energy Efficiency and Climate Change.

Kate Colchester, a Director and Company Secretary of KCCE, joined the Board at the 2021 AGM.

Toby May, a Director of KCCE, joined the Board in 2021. Toby has special responsibility for solar power generation and maintenance of the solar panels and associated equipment.

Mike Scott, a Director of KCCE, joined the Board in 2017.

Simon Ransome joined the Board in 2020 as a representative of Kelsale Village Hall Management Committee.

Bertie Buttle joined the Board in 2022 as a representative of Kelsale Social Club.

Tim Roberts was a Director of KCCE and Company Secretary from 2015-2019. Tim is now an ex-officio member of the Board advising us on financial matters and future projects. Tim is also managing director of Good Measures Ltd, and works with clients to improve workplace sustainability and corporate social responsibility, while saving costs through energy and resource conservation.

Keith Beacham was a Director of KCCE from 2014-2017. Keith is now an ex-officio member of the Board advising us on financial returns. Keith was formerly Managing Director of BGB Ltd, working in conjunction with the Building Research Establishment on improved control systems for homes and industry to reduce carbon emissions.

Geoff Fordham (former Chairman), Edwina Galloway and John Pulham (former Company Secretary) left the Board in 2017.
